Delivery Information

• Delivery Fees:
  Free delivery for orders of SGD 300 and above across Singapore (excludes offshore islands and restricted areas).
  A flat fee of SGD 50 applies for orders below SGD 300.

• Delivery Time:
  Estimated lead time is 4–5 weeks. We often deliver earlier and will notify you upon arrival to schedule delivery.

• Preferred Delivery Date/Time:
  Email us your preference—we’ll try our best to accommodate. Apartment residents are advised to check with management regarding delivery restrictions.

• Free Storage:
  One month of free storage from the estimated delivery date. After that, a monthly storage fee of 10% of the product value will apply.

• International Delivery:
  Available at an additional cost. Free delivery does not apply overseas. Contact us for details.

• P.O. Box Delivery:
  Not available.
