Terms and Conditions Summary

• Pricing & Payment:
  All prices are in SGD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Payments are secured with SSL 256-bit encryption.

• Orders:
  Orders are offers to purchase. We may reject any order without reason. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted.

• Refunds & Replacements:
  No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or third-party damages. Contact within 3 days of delivery for issues (items must be unused and in original packaging). Approved cancellations may incur fees. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

• Product Warranty (12 Months):
  12-month warranty (excludes bulbs). Covers manufacturing defects (parts replacement or exchange). Excludes misuse, incorrect installation, or damages after delivery. Proof of purchase required.

• Product Quality:
  Product images are illustrative. Colors/sizes may vary. Check items upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours with photos/videos.

• Installation/Advice:
  We are not liable for outcomes resulting from our advice or referrals.

• Privacy Policy:
  We respect your privacy. Data is used for business purposes and shared only with necessary third parties. Complies with Singapore PDPA. Mailing list subscribers can unsubscribe anytime.

• Liability Disclaimer:
  We are not liable for losses from Website use, delays, or technical issues. Total liability capped at S$100.

• Delivery & Storage:
  Free storage for 1 month from estimated delivery date. Afterward, 10% monthly storage fee applies. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; no specific time guaranteed. We are not liable for losses from delays.
